In this series, the concepts of the GYROKINESIS® Methodology are woven through traditional exercises that evolve into various expanded movement explorations and challenges.
We can not address the movement art of dance without first understanding the proper mechanics of how the body works and how we can maintain proper movement function so as not to destroy it.
The series begins Tuesday 3/16/2021, and continues every Tuesday for the next three weeks, (03/23, 03/30, and 04/06), via Zoom‼️ From 6:00pm - 7:30pm CST with Q&A immediately following the last class only. (04/06/2021).
A 7 day recording is available for those unable to attend the live classes & all participants. (Zoom link will be emailed Monday 03/15). NO REFUNDS
