In this workshop, the concepts of the GYROKINESIS® Methodology are woven through traditional exercises that evolve into various expanded movement explorations and challenges.
We can not address the movement art of dance without first understanding the proper mechanics of how the body works and how we can maintain proper movement function so as not to destroy it.
The class is Tuesday 2/09/2021 via Zoom‼️ From 6:00pm - 7:30pm CST with Q&A immediately following.
7 day recording is available for those unable to attend the live class & all participants. (Zoom link will be emailed Monday 02/08). NO REFUNDS
